Valeriy specializes on legal advice in projects for mediation, litigation, court enforcement proceedings, and also execution of decisions of Russian and foreign arbitration institutions. He provides complex legal support of foreign investors regarding doing business in Russia and CIS.

Since 2004 Valeriy has carried out and finished successfully more than 150 court cases concerning different issues of civil, corporate, territorial, town-planning, criminal, bankruptcy law. Including Valeriy carried out representation of interests of foreign investor in process connected with payment of actual value of share in LLC, representation of interests of foreign investors in court processes in courts of common jurisdiction (criminal law) and arbitration courts. He also organized general management for the group of lawyers in the project for returning of the corporate control over CJSC. Valeriy has rich experience of court work concerning disputes connected with the execution of norms of foreign legislation, processes about insolvency (bankruptcy).

Besides court work, Valeriy specializes on legal advice for Russian and foreign companies concerning issues of acquiring and using of objects of real estate. Including he provided legal advice for the company “Renault” and Government of Moscow concerning issues of entering objects of real estate in the payment of shares of newly created joint stock company “REPOMSPROM” and transfer of property right over these objects and land properties to the said company.

Before entering the law firm “Breeva, Emelyanov and Partners” Valeriy was the chief specialist-expert of department of court protection in the State Institution Federal Registration Service for Saratov region, he was the head of legal department of the State Unitary Enterprise “Sartechinventarisatsiya”, and Valeriy was the member of teams of international law firms “CLIFF” and “Corpus Prava”.
